The other film to be screened at the June 2009 Blackpool convention will be "GEORGE IN CIVVY STREET" and this also is part of the Sony Pictures redigitized Columbia Pictures releases. This DVD is all of excellent quality, far better than Formby fans have become used to. Again subtitles are featured on the DVD should the viewer need them and the disc features the usual DVD chapter selections as well as the option to just watch the film. As well as viewing the new release in June, it is hoped that the GFS will carry supplies of all the Columbia releases.
For once Formby fans are well catered for with these new releases - highly recommended.
