Those are the words that introduce this 'compilation' of the Formby songs from his first two films.
Whilst everybody refers to this film as 'George Formby Cavalcade' the actual screen title states,
"The Song That Made A Star". John E. Blakeley realised what a crowd-puller George was turning into and released this film for one last shake at the Formby money tree that George was rapidly turning in to.
