A very involved plot about a photographer's assistant who invents a miniture camera concealed in his bow tie. He lands in jail after pulling the communication cord on a train; referees an ice hockey match, and finally finds himself in a stage show dressed as a Cossack.

Leslie Halliwell's Film Guide
The property man in an ice ballet company is a keen amateur photographer who accidentally snaps crooks at work. Fair star comedy with good production.

Kay Walsh looks totally out place when she eats George's pigs trotter in the guards van - she just doesn't look the type of girl who goes around eating other chaps trotters! Ice Hockey was a fast growing sport in England in the late 30's and George's production team were always looking for a topical vehicle for George's latest escape. He scores well with this one.
