GFS Members are invited to support and attend a special one day concert which will take place on Saturday 12th June 2010 in St. Johns Square, Blackpool opposite the main entrance to the Winter Gardens. The concert will be in the open air but should the weather turn against us there will be a gazebo to shelter under whilst we entertain the Blackpool residents.

Proceedings commence at 10:00 am and the organiser of the event is our very own GFS concert organiser, Alan Chenery. Alan is looking for ukulele players to come and support not only himself, but the GFS and the Blackpool tourism people who have always been very good to the George Formby Society.
