As we approach our September meeting and the Annual General Meeting (AGM),
members are reminded that all committee positions are open for nomination. In
accordance with our constitution, the full committee will stand down at the AGM to
allow the membership to elect, or re‑elect, a new committee for the coming year.
Nomination forms for the Executive Committee are available on the website or by
contacting Jim Makin, Secretary. Completed nomination forms must be returned to the
Secretary no later than six weeks prior to the AGM in September.
