John is interviewed on BBC Radio Shropshire

GFS member John Croft featured on Radio Shropshire this morning (Thursday, 10 September 2015) chatting on the Jim Hawkins in the Morning radio show to the host of the show. John did a great job in a few short minutes in telling the listening audience all about George Formby and his lifestyle and the Society. The Formby story is a fantastic and fascinating one and John was very professional and interesting in his presentation of his favourite subject. John has been a member of the GFS for many years and has served on the committee and was at one time President of the Society. Well done John Croft, another great ambassador for The George Formby Society.
