GFS Ukulele raffle 2020
The winner revealed!
GFS member Keith Millington received a very special Christmas present this year when just before the festive holiday commenced, Vice-
President of the Society, Andy Poppleton travelled south to meet up with Keith to present him with the 2020 GFS Uke Raffle prize of a
beautiful Gibson UB2, loving restored by maestro Eddie Uttley.
Keith is over the moon with his prize and is hoping to get more involved with playing from now on. He is no stranger to banjo-ukes though,
Keith already owns a Dallas ‘E’ instrument and attends the Stourbridge branch.
The draw for this year's raffle was organised once again by Kathryn Pollard
and uniquely, this year's draw took place at the home of Kathryn and Peter
owing to the COVID lockdown.
