Print the Application Form

You can join the GFS by printing and completing the application form and enclosing a cheque made payable to "The George Formby Society".

We would prefer to use only British currency. Converting currency is expensive and both your and our needs in this direction are well served by using the Pay Pal system.

Please do not send cash with application forms.
