VIEW AN INTERVIEW WITH MATTHEW RICHARDS

The video of Matthew Richards interview is now completed and available to view, both on here or from YouTube. This was probably the shortest of all the interview series but for me, whilst all have been immensely enjoyable, this one gave me the most pleasure to edit. Matthew Richards and his family have become such an established feature of all that is best about the Blackpool conventions and indeed, about everything that is best about The George Formby Society. I have no doubt that when listening and watching this production, you will agree with me that whilst Matthew was unfortunate enough to be born with a terrible sight affliction, he was also blessed with the mark of genius. This lovely unassuming young man has been in the Society since 2003, giving the utmost pleasure through his keyboard and also through himself and his personality. I have had the greatest pleasure in doing the minor editing that this interview required and am proud on behalf of Zoom interview host, Andy Poppleton, and all that is good about the GFS, to present it to you today..
